PVDF, also known as polyvinylidene fluoride, is a robust high performance engineering thermoplastic renowned for its exceptional performance properties. It possesses remarkable chemical resistance to a wide range of substances including acids, halogens, hydrocarbons, alcohols, salts, and oxidants. PVDF exhibits excellent thermal stability and inherent resistance to UV radiation and gamma radiation. This product finds extensive use in numerous industries such as semiconductor, chemical processing, pulp and paper, and nuclear waste processing.PVDF is primarily employed in applications involving valves, fittings, seals, gaskets, various pump components, and chemical handling systems, as well as semiconductor processing components.

POM material, commonly called Acetal or Polyacetal is a remarkable material known for its properties of providing high strength and stiffness, ensuring enhanced dimensional stability and excellent machinability. Its semi-crystalline structure exhibits a low coefficient of friction and excellent wear properties making it ideal for sliding applications. With a high modulus of elasticity, rigidity, and good electrical properties, Polyacetal continuously proves to be a versatile material.

Polyacetal offers excellent resistance to moisture, gasoline, solvents, and many other neutral chemicals. It is recommended for operating temperatures of up to 82°C.

Polyacetal has good dimensional stability and particularly good fatigue strength, as well as excellent machining ability even for complex finished components. Typical product applications for this material include bearings, bushings, electrical insulators, electrical components, gears, machine guides, rollers, timing screws, anti-friction parts, and pulleys.

PP is a white, semi-crystalline thermoplastic which is a cost-effective material known for its exceptional combination of physical, chemical, mechanical, thermal, and electrical properties. Polypropylene offers high corrosion resistance, providing excellent protection against organic solvents, degassing agents, and electrolytic attacks. While it exhibits lower impact strength, it possesses good tensile strength and remarkable resistance to acids and alkalis. The recommended working temperature for Polypropylene is up to 110°C.

This material finds its typical applications in chemical-resistant tanks and linings, plating barrels, die-cutting pads, impellers for pumps, and chopping boards for the food industry. Because of its excellent chemical resistance, it is extensively utilised for components within chemical and electroplating facilities.
